Harper particularly likes the ability of those with military service to work as part of a team and also their ability to accept and accommodate the needs of their customers and their managers. "Our biggest way of recruiting is our reputation," he says. "People know we shoot fair and square. We're not a revolving door. Our industry reputation is our biggest ally. We're expanding our reach with veterans now and we're pursuing the trade schools to see if we can start being proactive in training our own. That's something we're passionate about because that's how we're going to be able to build our base for the future." Adds Kenn Harper, "Customers want more customer service.
