with no predictability as to the
pace of recovery.

emphasizing the importance
of the value proposition and
the requirement for a return on
investment for both members

created over capacity and
excess inventory resulting in
margin pressure, price wars,
risk and safety issues and

members need to structure
their organizations by adapting

be mindful of the credit

members and the association
