Politicians and lobbying groups are battling over what comes next. by Michael Fickes F ollowing a pitched battle in July of 2014, the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate extended Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st century, or MAP-21, the transportation-spending bill enacted two-and-a-half years ago.
