FOOD SHIPPERS OF AMERICA 63rd annually conference,

"Evolution of Logistics: Developing our Leaders of
Tomorrow," will be held at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in
Phoenix, Arizona, March 11-March 13, 2018. Co-chairs Cori
Purrington, ES3 and Chris Wilkes, Yusen Logistics, have an
exciting line-up of panelists, guest speakers and industry
experts who will update us on food safety, technology and
industry changes, as well as some great keynote speakers.
And, you will not want to miss our Sunday and Monday evening entertainment.
This conference is designed around your feedback; the surveys you fill out
are very important to us and make this conference the best it can be for you
every year. We will offer many opportunities for you to network with industry
peers and identify collaborative opportunities. We encourage this by offering
extended breaks in addition to setting up designated strategic networking
meeting areas for you to schedule your one-on-one meetings before and after
the sessions.
FSA is offering one round of golf, allowing 288 golfers to play at the beautiful
Wildfire Golf Course. Located in the Sonoran Desert, the courses were
designed by two accredited golfers, Arnold Palmer and Nick Faldo. In addition
to golfing on these beautiful courses, FSA will also be bringing back the
$10,000 prize for hole in one.
FSA members can register this year for $600. In addition, the membership
fee for a company to join FSA is $150 annually. These proceeds go to the
John J. Murphy Scholarship fund (See page 60 for more information about
the scholarship.)

limiting the number of attendees again for 2018 to 1,100, so register early to
