TDIndustries, Inc. Moves to New Office and Celebrates Grand Opening
TDINDUSTRIES, INC. RECENTLY
opened its newly built Houston office,
bringing a year-long construction process to a close. The office sits on a 10-acre
property on Derrington Road northwest
of downtown Houston.
The campus includes a two-story
office building and warehouse totaling
51,000 square feet, as well as a detached
assembly shop with an additional
6,000 square feet. It was designed to reflect
TDIndustries' collaborative culture, with
open work areas, an oak wall and no private offices. The site's location required the
building to be largely self-sufficient, and the
design incorporates landscaping and on-site
water collection, as well as a nature preserve
with a walking trail and water features.
"We are so excited to have a building
designed specifically for our needs that
makes us more efficient," says Graham Moore,
President of TDIndustries' Houston operations. "The new building provides training
facilities for our field and office TDPartners
and allows for much greater collaboration

between the field and office, which will be
a direct benefit to our customers."
On May 23, 2017, TDIndustries, Inc.
hosted an open house at the new facility, which featured a presentation from
Robert W. "Bill" Gilmer, Ph.D., Director
of the Institute for Regional Forecasting
for C.T. Bauer College of Business at the
University of Houston.

More than 80 guests enjoyed the event,
which concluded with Moore presenting
a $3,000 check to the PTSD Foundation
of America Camp Hope in lieu of goodie
bags or raffle prizes. Camp Hope provides
interim housing for those suffering from combat-related PTSD, including our Wounded
Warriors, veterans, and their  families.
