INTERNATIONAL CARWASH ASSOCIATION'S 20 ANNUAL From The President and CEO ON BEHALF OF the International Carwash Association's Board of Directors and staff, it is our pleasure to present this summary of our work and results in 2014. Celebrating our industry's 100th birthday was certainly a memorable highlight, and one that provided us with a great opportunity to reflect upon where we've come from and where we are headed. Like the operators and vendors who comprise our membership, ICA has certainly evolved over those five generations - and change in all aspects of business is seemingly accelerating.
