iRF Solutions has released the iWR-6500 Wideband
Digital Microwave receiver, a new addition to their
WIDERAIL/LITERAIL family of receivers and tuners. The
iWR-6500 features a frequency tuning range of 0.5-18
GHz, which can be extended to 26.5 GHz. This receiver provides pre-detected IF outputs of 1 GHz with 500
MHz BW and either 160 MHz or 140 MHz IF with 80 MHz
BW. The receiver offers a single-tone spur free dynamic
range greater than 60 dB and supports independent and
single- or multi-channel, phase coherent operation for

Krytar has expanded its line of dual directional
couplers with Model 500520020, a 20-dB coupler with
an ultra-broadband frequency range from 0.5-20 GHz.
Targeted toward broadband electronic warfare systems
and commercial wireless system
applications, the new coupler is
designed for applications that require external leveling, precise monitoring, signal mixing or swept transmission and reflection measurements.
Model 500520020 offers an input power rating of 20 W
average and 3 kW peak. Insertion loss is 2 dB with directivity of 12 dB and the maximum VSWR is 1.4. The compact package measures 8.98 x 0.35 x 0.71 in. and weighs

L- AND S-BAND POWER AMPLIFIER
NuWaves Engineering has introduced the NuPower LS100A01, a 100-W
CW gallium nitride (GaN), solid-state power amplifier operating from 1.6 GHz to 2.5 GHz.
Applications include electronic attack, RF communications, broadband RF telemetry and software defined radios. Measuring 6.5 x 4.5 x 1-in. and weighing 9 oz., the
amplifier is suited for use on Group 2/3 UAVs, as well as

models of compact waveguide electromechanical relay

Wolfspeed's new CG2H30070F is a gallium-nitride
(GaN) High Electron Mobility Transistor (HEMT) offering instantaneous broadband performance from 0.5-3
GHz. The GaN packaging offers improved thermal conductivity and drift velocity and is available in a
two-lead metal/ceramic flanged package for
optimal performance. The CG2H30070F features 16 dB typical small signal gain, 28 V operation and
