Comtech PST has introduced the BME2969-50, a Class AB
linear amplifier designed for EW and datalink applications.
The amplifier provides 50W of power over 2 to 6 GHz with
54dB gain and ± 3dB gain flatness. It can operate at altitudes to 30,000 feet and is MILSTD-810F compliant for shock and vibration.

Both LNAs are designed for EW and communications applications, where small die size and low

power consumption are needed. The CMD167 is an
ultra low noise GaAs MMIC amplifier that operates from 10
to 17 GHz.   The CMD167P3 is the packaged version of the
amplifier, which operates from 8 to 16 GHz. At 14 GHz, both
the CMD167 and the CMD167P3 deliver greater than 15 dB
of gain, with an output 1 dB compression point of +11 dBm
and a noise figure of 1.8 dB. Both are 50-ohm matched designs, thereby eliminating the need for external DC blocks

RAKON ANNOUNCES NEW COMPACT LOW NOISE
OSCILLATORS AT 500 MHz & 1 GHz
The LNO500B2 and the LNO1000B2 are mini ultra-low
noise Oven Controlled Saw Oscillators (OSCO) from Rakon.
These OSCOs are improved versions of the company's B1
models and are well suited for applications that require
ultra-low noise floor at high frequencies, such as Phase
Noise measurement, analyzers, synthesizers, radar simulators, or microwave ADC/DAC applications and is specifically
designed for a lab environment. The LNO500B2 delivers a
frequency of 500 MHz with an exceptional Phase Noise performance of -180 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset, broadband jitter of <4 fs (offset from 10 kHz to 40 MHz) and stability of

HIGH PERFORMANCE OSCILLOSCOPE
Agilent has introduced its Infiniium Z-Series oscilloscopes, which can be synchronized to measure up to 40
channels simultaneously with a maximum 63-GHz real-time
oscilloscope bandwidth (on up to 10 oscilloscopes), according to the company. The Z-Series comprises 10 models that
range from 20-63 GHz, all of which can be upgraded to 63
GHz. The oscilloscopes provide sufficient bandwidth to
capture the third harmonic on 28-, 32- and 40-Gbps digital signals; an optional synchronization port to measure
up to 40 channels simultaneously; and USB 3.0 offload
speeds, making it significantly faster to offload and analyze data. The Z-Series leverages key technologies used in
the 90000 Q-Series oscilloscopes, and customers who have
previously purchased the 90000 Q-Series can upgrade their
units to Z-Series performance by ordering the N2105A and

GaN SPDT SWITCHES
TriQuint's TGS2352-2-SM and TGS2353-2-SM are a pair of
single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) reflective switches designed for a variety of high- and low-power EW, radar and
communication applications. The TGS2352-2-SM handles
input power levels up to 20W and covers the 500-MHz to
12-GHz range. The TGS2353-2-SM takes up to 10W of input
power and covers 500 MHz - 18 GHz. Both offer
