FInAL InsPectIon aGC's 2014 annual Report thE industry has a lot to be proud of looking back at 2014. We had several years-long efforts conclude with legislative and regulatory victories. We've strengthened industry relationships and formed new ones. And our educational and safety training programs have seen continued and increased success. But with a recovering economic landscape came other issues. With more work and an increased demand for construction services, our industry was met with a new problem - a lack of skilled workers to fill a large percentage of these new job openings. Not only was 2014 marked by successes, but by significant steps taken toward ensuring a more robust pipeline of skilled workers thanks to our Workforce Development Plan. So, just as you have continued to invest in your association, we have continued to work for the things that matter most to you and your business. As we look back at 2014 and everything we as an association have accomplished - accomplished with  the help of active member and chapter involvement - we can also look toward 2015 and beyond knowing that we have laid the groundwork for continued successes by preparing for what is coming our way.
