2015 Willis Construction Safety Excellence Award Winners At Its 96th AnnuAl Convention in March, AGC of America presented 37 firms with Willis Construction Safety Excellence Awards (CSEA). This program recognizes companies that have developed and implemented premier safety and loss prevention programs and showcases companies that have achieved continuous improvements and maintenance of their safety and health management systems. Of the 37 recipients, there were six third-place winners, 14 second-place winners, and 17 first-place finalists. From the first-place winners, one firm, W.B.
