JEFF ESGAR Sundt Construction, Inc. 20 constructor | SEPTEM BER/ O CTO BER 2015 Originally setting out to become an architect, halfway through his schooling, he switched to construction engineering. With only 50 spots available for the university's architecture program and more than 200 applicants, Esgar wasn't initially selected and didn't want to wait for the next opportunity, so thought, "If you can't draw 'em, might as well build 'em." Constructor caught up with Esgar recently and asked him to share some of his industry insights.
