Originally setting out to become an architect, halfway through his
schooling, he switched to construction engineering. With only 50
spots available for the university's architecture program and more
than 200 applicants, Esgar wasn't initially selected and didn't want
to wait for the next opportunity, so thought, "If you can't draw 'em,
might as well build 'em."
Constructor caught up with Esgar recently and asked him to share
some of his industry insights.
