Jason Ball graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science and Business degree.
He started in the construction industry at the age of sixteen, working as a student labourer during his summer breaks.
After graduating from U of W, he started with Ball Brothers Limited full-time, working as an Estimator (1985 - 1989),
then Coordinator/Project Manager (1989 - 1991) and Construction Manager (1991 - 1997).
In 1997, Jason and Cameron Ball purchased Ball Construction Inc. from Ball Brothers Limited and in 2005,
incorporated Ball Construction Ltd. with new partner Gary Hauck. Jason has been acting President of both firms
(1997 - present).
Jason has served on many construction industry Boards including the Construction Labour Relations Association of
Ontario (chairman 2005 - 2011), Grand Valley Construction Association, Union General Contractors Sector (President 2001 - Present), Canadian
Construction Association (Chairman of the General Contractors Council 2013 - 2015), and more.
In 2012, Jason was a recipient of The Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Metal. He has been a strong supporter of the community by volunteering for many fundraising initiatives supporting youth in the area.

Frank Perricone is the Founder,
President and CEO of Percon
Construction Inc., responsible for
all operations in Ontario. Frank
is a graduate of the University of
Toronto with a Bachelor of Applied
Science (Civil Engineering) and a
Professional Engineer, licensed
in the Province of Ontario. Frank was named to the OGCA
Board of Directors in September 2008, and is currently on the
2ND VICE CHAIRMAN
Paul Raboud is Vice Chair of Bird
Construction Inc. Paul joined Bird Construction
in 1984 in the Toronto Office. He progressed
through the Company in a variety of positions and was appointed District Manager of
the Vancouver Office in 1990. In 2000, he
returned to the Corporate Office in Toronto as
Executive Vice President. He was appointed
President and Chief Operating Officer in March 2006 and in September
2008, President and Chief Executive Officer. In 2010, Paul took up the
position of Vice Chair.
John Dawson was born June 1951 in Manchester, England, and immigrated to Canada in July 1988. His
Canadian career started out at V. K. Mason as a Project Coordinator, moving up to Site Engineer & Project
Manager on 1 Financial Place (valued at $75m) and Commerce Court - 4 buildings, glass & steel structures
tie-ins (valued at $33m). He started GEN-PRO in 1998 and continues to run it today. John has been a member
of the OGCA for six years, a Board member for three years and is proud to have been elected as the Honourary
Treasurer for 2015/2016.
