This course also covers key critical topics that are bound to arise on any given project such as: * Construction liens (including a review of all of the recent amendments to Ontario's Construction Lien Act); * Employment and labour law considerations; * Document control; * Ontario Building Code Act enforcement provisions; * Insurance considerations; * Construction bonds; * Bidding and tendering issues; and * Well, register and find out....
