July 6, 2015, OGCA members and sponsors gathered at Glencairn Golf and Country Club to enjoy the Annual OGCA Golf Tournament under sunny but muggy weather. It was more than just fun, competition and lost golf balls! The participants collectively contributed $10,000 to Rob Ellis and his My Safe Work Charity and workplace health and safety. His work with OGCA focuses on bringing the message to employers' workers and students. President Clive Thurston urged members to make the commitment to safety, and work with Rob. Special guest Minister of Labour Kevin Flynn recognized OGCA for its commitment and support of safety in the workplace.
