Facility Forum - Spring 2016 - (Page 7)
Welcome to the New Facility Forum
By John Milton
Welcome to the Spring 2016 issue of
Facility Forum. I am extremely pleased
to share with you the first issue of our
rebranded publication produced in affiliation with Naylor Association Solutions.
Please take a moment from your busy
schedule to review and reflect on the
articles and highlighted topics included
in this issue.
In addition to ORFA articles, this inaugural issue
includes timely submissions prepared by Association partners including the Frank Cowan Company Limited, I.B.
Storey Inc., Professional Energy Solutions, Public Services
Health and Safety Association, and Barnes Cemetery
Training and Consulting Services. We thank them for their
time and involvement.
We also wish to acknowledge the support of current and
new advertisers who support Facility Forum. ORFA continues
to be a leader in the recreation facility profession through the
delivery of Facility Forum in both a print and digital format to
more than 6,000 members.
This continues to be an exciting time for the ORFA. Your
Board of Directors and dedicated association staff continue
to work diligently to achieve the goals and objectives as set
through our strategic planning process. Specifically, a significant amount of resources is being invested into:
1. Strategic Alliances
2. Membership Services
3. Marketing and Communications
4. Professional Development and Recognition
5. Research and Development.
We look forward to the continued support of all members
in order to ensure that we provide products and services that
continue to help enhance the recreation facility profession.
As always, please feel free to contact me, or any staff member should you require additional information or clarification
on any ORFA activities.
