traditional and digital marketing channels from the viewpoint of more than 200 retail marketing decision-makers.

CANADIAN RETAILERS SEARCHING FOR LOYALTY

The pace of digital change among Canadian corporations remained fairly steady in 2013, according to a Statistics Canada study. But while larger
enterprises hold the lead over small and mediumsized businesses when it comes to integrating internet and data technologies, they still have work
to do in creating an optimal shopping experience.

The most recent Canadian Retail Insights Report,
released by American Express, reveals retailers' focus
to retain customers over the coming year.
