BOA R D OF DI R E CT OR S
n 2015, TSAE approved a change in the timing of the Board of Director terms in an effort to have
new Board members elected and installed in office prior to the Board's summer retreat.
This change ensures the new Board has ownership of the strategic initiatives and annual goals
set forth at the Board retreat and gives them time to gain a better understanding of the association's
operations before the annual budget is presented at the December Board meeting.
Our newest Board members were installed at a Board meeting on June 13.
