Paul Bellantone, CAE, is the
President and Chief Executive
Officer of the Promotional
Products Association
International, the not-for-profit
association for more than
11,000 member companies of
the $20 billion promotional
products industry. As chief
staff officer of PPAI, Paul is
focused on delivering compelling
member value and responsible
for successfully executing the
strategies and vision of the
PPAI Board of Directors and
advocating for the industry and
its professional practitioners.
He serves on the boards of the
Small Business Legislative
Council, the Promotional
Products Education Foundation
and the Incentive Research
Foundation. He earned a
bachelor's degree from Rutgers
University and an MBA from
Texas Woman's University
School of Management.
Lori Gracey, CAE
Executive director
TCEA
Lori Gracey,
CAE, leads 16,500
TCEA members and
20 staff in innovating teaching
and learning with the use of
technology. During her six years
in this position, she has
helped the organization grow
in membership and revenue,
paid off their old building and
purchased a new, larger building
with meeting space, and
implemented new conferences,
association partnerships, and
professional development
opportunities for members and
non-members. She has 28 years
of experience in education, has
been a member of the SXSWedu
Advisory Board since 2011, and
served as the TSAE New Ideas
2015 Task Force Chair. Lori
holds a Masters in English from
the University of North Carolina
and a BS from Mississippi
University for Women.
Charles Popper

During his
nearly 20 year-tenure with
Naylor, Charles Popper has
helped hundreds of associations
develop the tools and techniques
they need to remain competitive
and relevant. Charles leads a
team of 30 business development
executives, whose core mission
is to identify the pain points
association leaders are
experiencing in any number of
areas including communications,
events, career solutions, online
learning, association management
software and non-dues revenue
generation. By keeping his finger
on the pulse of what associations
and their members care about
most, Charles has been the driver
behind numerous products
and services that position
associations for membership and
non-dues revenue growth. He
is a 1995 graduate of Florida
State University who enjoys food,
fitness, and spending time with
his wife and two daughters.
Meg Winchester,
CMP, CTA

As the Director of the
Galveston Island Convention

and Visitors Bureau since
2006, Meg Winchester,
CMP, CTA oversees a staff
of 14 sales and marketing
professionals welcoming
over 6 million tourists to
Galveston each year. Before
joining the GICVB, Meg worked
with the Greater Houston CVB
and the San Diego CVB sales
teams. During her career she
has been involved throughout
the tourism industry with
partnerships and innovative
collaborations with both
clients and peers. Locally she
is involved with the Ronald
McDonald House of Galveston
and the Galveston Island
Humane Society. Meg is a
dedicated runner, outdoor
enthusiast and avid traveler.
Gloria Terry
CEO
Texas Council on
Family Violence
Gloria Aguilera
Terry joined
the Texas Council on Family
Violence (TCFV) in January
2008. In her role as CEO,
Gloria guides and directs the
statewide activities of TCFV.
TCFV is the only 501(c) 3
nonprofit coalition in Texas
dedicated solely to creating
safer communities and freedom
from family violence. Gloria
came to the Texas Council on
Family Violence from El Paso,
Texas where she served as
Executive Director of the Center
against Family Violence. She
currently volunteers with
numerous organizations,
including serving on the
Diversity Committee of the
National Council of Juvenile and
Family Court Judges, and as a
Board member and Treasurer
of the National Network to End
Domestic Violence. ●
