The ESCP B&C Society
The brand new ESCP B&C Society, created last October aims at promoting democratic education in
the fields of Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and Decentralised Finance.

Can you describe your Association
in a few words?
The ESCP B&C Society is a Pan-European
student society centred around web 3 education
and research. We have realised that
education is one of the biggest challenges
in the crypto space and, as a collective, we
aim at promoting democratic education in
the fields of Blockchain, Cryptocurrency,
Decentralised Finance, and more. Our
final mission is to give a chance to everybody,
inside and outside of ESCP, beginner
or expert, to get a grasp on what the true
opportunities and possibilities are for the
technology we hear about every day, yet
oftentimes know so little about. We believe
that a school like ESCP should be at the
center of all this action.
We accomplish our vision through research
papers, educational content on social media
and blogs, beginner reading kits and events
partnered with industry experts and world's
leading companies operating in the field.
What has this action/project
brought you?
One of the most immediate forms of
payback we received as founders was
the opportunity to develop an extensive
network of like-minded individuals within
ESCP: this resulted, de facto, in a true gold
mine for the collective as a whole, since

we were able create great interest among
the community. After being co-founded in
Madrid and very quickly growing in London
and then other campuses, our next stop is
Paris, where we have collaborated with big
names like Paris Blockchain Week Summit
and Paris NFT Day and we look forward to
having more events with big organisations
all across Europe.
The research team has already started
working on topics like NFTs, Metaverse,
CBDCs, different ecosystems and definitely
would love to support and help our team in
more topics in the future.
Personally, we are truly eager to see what's
to come in the future and ready to offer
special events, job opportunities, and
workshops for our members.
A message to share with ESCP
Alumni?
When we first set off to build this community
from scratch, we were excited to
have found 4 like-minded people that
shared such a true passion for Web 3, at
our university. It can only be imagined how
astounded we were once we realized the
immense potential of ESCP students, as we
discovered over 200 people being genuinely
interested in contributing, in one way or
another, to what we were building.
As we are well aware that many ESCP
Alumni are currently working in the
Blockchain & Crypto Space, our message
to you is concise and clear: from DeFi addicted
to Solidity nerds, we grouped together a
fantastic community of people who are truly
passionate about this and aim at potentially
breaking into the job market through Web
3 positions. If you're interested in sharing
your own experience in the Space, building
a strong network with the best talents of
tomorrow or simply have a good discussion
about what's to come next, do not hesitate
