The HEC Foundation
Founded in 1972 and recognized as a charity in 1973, the
HEC Foundation’s mission is to support management
sciences in France, notably through the development of
HEC Paris.
In 2012, the HEC Foundation allocated €8 million to the
HEC budget (8% of the school’s total budget) for priority
funding: scholarships (including full tuition for students
receiving CROUS grants), academic research projects,
teaching innovation and international exposure.
Additionally, the HEC Foundation’s capital funds were
increased to nearly €26 million in order to guarantee the
school’s funding in the long-term.
In 2008, the HEC Foundation launched its first fundraising
campaign, aiming to raise €100 million by 2013.
