dans tout ça ? Pour Jarod, une approche responsable
est fondamentale. « Tous les fruits et légumes
que nous proposons sont de saison. Nous avons
recours à une agriculture raisonnée (Demeter) ou
bio, avec une sélection variée, exotique et locale. »
Au-delà du produit, le choix des emballages est
également éco-responsable, avec un modèle de
consigne : « Quand nous livrons un client, nous lui
demandons de garder le carton que nous récupérerons
à la prochaine livraison. »
Du point de vue du candidat, la recherche du travail
n'est pas toujours facile. Mais pour Martin Cregut,
c'est à cause de processus de recrutement mal
pensés. Hesli, l'entreprise qu'il a cofondée, renverse
le processus de recrutement traditionnel :
« Contrairement aux job-boards qu'on connaît
tous, nous référençons des candidats pour faire
gagner du temps au recruteur qui, grâce à un filtre
de recherche, va indiquer ce dont il a besoin et ne
considérer que les profils qui correspondent à sa
requête. » L'ambition est aussi de renouveler la
présentation des candidats : le format CV/lettre de
motivation n'a de sens que lorsqu'on peut se prévaloir
d'une expérience assez importante. Sur
Hesli, chaque candidat remplit un passeport qui va
retenir plusieurs informations très importantes
pour le recruteur : « On va retrouver des éléments
sur les softskills, des éléments plus personnels sur
qui il est et ce qu'il peut apporter. Une vidéo va
permettre au recruteur de se faire une première
idée du candidat. » Avec 5 000 étudiants inscrits et
8 employés à temps plein, Hesli commence à avoir
les moyens de ses ambitions : « Le but est de devenir
la référence du stage et de l'alternance ! »

Partner Leadership & Mindfulness, who
founded MLC Advisory, a consulting
company that aims at improving employees
focus, resilience and engagement.

The two entrepreneurs developed their " Resilience
skills in times of uncertainty " program to respond
to one of their Luxembourgian client's needs. The
program is based upon the fact that resilience is a
set of skills that everyone can learn. The two business
partners start out with giving their definition
of this key concept: resilience is the ability to

bounce back from adversity and grow from challenges.
As a matter of fact, resilience's importance
is heightened in a pandemic context because people
get more prone to fear, worry and stress. The
client sought help to keep up team efficiency and
ensure a quick and stable recovery from this challenging
work situation. While some of them are
linked to your genetic background, most factors
that lead to resilience can be influenced by yourself.
Therefore, everyone can work on it.
What are these skills that stimulate your resilience?
* Self-awareness and noticing how thoughts affect
the situation you are facing is the first step
towards developing resilience. Are you able to
regulate these feelings and thoughts? Accepting
a situation and determining what good can come
out of it help have better moments. Being conscious
or mindful of your feelings without judging
them can lead to enjoying situations more as
well.
* Mental agility enables you to see a situation from
different perspectives and define options. Consequently,
problem-solving gets easier.
* Connection with people or nature, faith and even
your purpose in life are factors that help developing
a more efficient resilience. You should
make sure you have built a strong support system
around you and connect with the things that
do you good such as nature or spirituality
amongst others.
* Self-confidence, knowing your strengths and
being convinced that you can master your environment.

Finally, optimism is described as " the engine of
resilience " because it gives you the power to
keep on persisting. Optimists can differentiate
what they can control from what they have to
accept. They think of threats and stressors as
challenges. They are more solution-oriented
than pessimists.
Thoughts are important to master because they
manifest themselves in your body. They can produce
emotions that affect you consciously or not.
You cannot control a situation but definitely can
control the way you react to it. The thoughts that
make you interpret situations in a way that generate
stress and anxiety can be called mind monsters.
" This situation is entirely my fault " or " I am in
no way responsible for this situation " are common
examples of mind monsters. MLC Advisory's program
provides the tools to block these.
