Conférence exceptionnelle sur la transformation des
métiers et les opportunités de carrière de ce secteur en
pleine mutation organisée fin novembre sur le campus
de Paris, à l'initiative de Michel-Édouard Leclerc, président
de NEOMA BS. Plus de 350 diplômés, étudiants,
professionnels, collaborateurs et professeurs de l'école ont
assisté aux échanges de personnalités de premier plan :
Olivia Grégoire, ministre déléguée auprès du ministre de
l'Économie, Michel-Édouard Leclerc, président du Comité
stratégique des Centres E. Leclerc et de NEOMA, Cathy
Collart Geiger, PDG de Picard Surgelés, Tiffany Foucault,
CHRO de Fnac Darty, Dominique Schelcher, président de
Système U, Yves Puget, directeur de la rédaction du
magazine LSA et Mouna Viprey, fondatrice d'Impact

Le 1er
décembre, Jean-Marc Jancovici, ingénieur
consultant en énergie/climat, a impressionné l'auditoire
réuni sur le campus de Reims lors de la conférence
« Crises climatique & énergétique, peut-on respecter
l'Accord de Paris sans tout réinventer ? ». Invité par
NEOMA BS, l'association étudiante Neorateur et l'Agence
d'Urbanisme de la région de Reims, le spécialiste a alerté
sur l'importance de la formation des managers dans la
compréhension des enjeux écologiques et le rôle qu'ils
pourront jouer demain dans la transition vers une société
décarbonée. Éclairant.

Le mercredi 16 novembre, NEOMA BS organisait un Forum
Recrutement sur les campus de Rouen et de Reims. Pas
moins de 93 entreprises ont accueilli les milliers d'étudiants,
ravis d'être en contact direct avec les bons interlocuteurs
et de comprendre leurs attentes en matière
d'embauche. « Nous avions envie de présenter nos métiers,
et nous avons rencontré des profils très différents puisque
NEOMA propose des masters et des spécialités très
variés », explique Alice Pottiée-Sperry (CESEM 17 et MS
CE 18), chez mc2i. Grégoire Fleureau (PGE 89), de chez
Saint-Gobain, a trouvé ces jeunes « ouverts, dynamiques,
enthousiastes. » Énorme succès.
