d'avantages : Yohan et Loïc sont disponibles en tant que militaires et déjà présents sur les listes d'athlètes de haut

cette double appartenance sans avoir à
se sacrifier d'une équipe déjà en place.
C'était un pari, et il s'est avéré gagnant.
De plus il restait une place ouverte pour
une deuxième équipe de France de
freefly." Cette place a été attribuée
à In Glorious Basterds, vainqueurs des
championnats de France (voir article
dans cette édition). La bonne surprise
vient de la troisième place. "On espérait
voir Gymnasky sur le podium, mais c'était
difficile de prévoir d'autant qu'on ne
savait pas vraiment à l'avance quelles
seraient les équipes étrangères
concurrentes."
C'est donc une belle médaille de bronze
pour Stéphane Herment et Jean-Marie
Gares. "Stéphane est un ancien du collectif espoir, il a intégré cette année le collectif
France, il a enfin pu saisir sa chance
et a tenu le cap. Jim à la vidéo a été
exceptionnel, ils ont bien tenu leur place
et nous offrent cette grande satisfaction
d'un triplé français en coupe du monde !"
Rappelons qu'en coupe du monde,
chaque nation peut présenter 3 équipes
tandis qu'en championnat du monde,
c'est seulement 2 équipes. La France n'a
pas raté cette opportunité cette année
d'avoir 3 équipes sur le podium.
En dehors de cette concurrence francofrançaise en tête de classement en
freestyle, derrière il y a un fossé à moins
de 7 points de moyenne.
Mais il manquait de bonnes équipes
comme les Anglais (Alistair Hodgson
et Pixie Macleod-Hodgson),
Saut délire d'après compète... Les 3 équipes de
France (Akrostyle, Solaris et Gymnasky) réunies dans
le même saut, en tenue officielle, pour une photosouvenir originale. Ils se sont bien marrés,
sauf que la compète étant finie, qu'ils ont attendu
une heure à l'embarquement, que le largage était
mauvais, qu'il a eu 5 vachés sur 7 avec retour en
plein soleil, puis ensuite 2 h d'attente pour se faire
ouvrir le hangar et pouvoir se préparer pour la
cérémonie des podiums !
Pour un souvenir, ils vont s'en souvenir...
