Inauguration
Stade Jean Bouin
Après une longue période de travaux,
le stade Jean Bouin, attenant au stade
du Parc des Princes, est de nouveau
disponible, dans le 16ème arrondissement
de Paris. Il a été inauguré le vendredi
30 août dernier par le Stade français
à l'occasion de la réception de Biarritz,
et pour le compte de la 3ème journée de
Top 14. Le stade Jean Bouin affichait
complet avec 20.000 spectateurs,
c'est dorénavant le plus grand stade
de rugby sur le territoire français.
Pour cet événement, des membres
de l'équipe de France militaire et de
l'équipe de présentation de l'Armée
de l'air ont effectué un saut de démonstration. En présence du public nombreux
et des officiels, dont le maire de Paris,
les parachutistes ont apporté le ballon
du match, se posant juste avant un
lâcher spectaculaire de 4000 ballons,
marquant le moment fort de
l'inauguration. L'équipe militaire
parachutiste était composée de Mario
Gervasi, Sébastien Carbillet, Remy
Balaud, Remy Meder. Ils ont été largués
à 1 200 m depuis un hélicoptère.

Cette compétition régionale s'est déroulée
à Lens, sous l'égide de la ligue Nord
Pas-de-Calais, les 21 et 22 septembre
derniers. 9 équipes étaient engagées en
VR-4 et seulement 2 équipes en freefly.
Le VR-8 vitesse se joue toujours sur une
seule manche et la catégorie handisport
était activée par Handy Fly Bondues.
Le Pilatus de Maubeuge est venu prêter
main-forte à celui de Lens,
ce qui a permis aux équipes de se
départager sur 5 ou 6 manches,
en fonction des disciplines.
