Validation des acquis de l’expérience (VAE)
La VAE, c’est l’opportunité pour chacun de transformer ce qu’il a appris par le travail ou dans le cadre d’engagements personnels en un diplôme reconnu à la fois dans l’entreprise et dans d’autres secteurs d’activité. Un bon moyen de faire progresser chaque salarié et les compétences collectives de votre entreprise. Atouts de la démarche pour votre entreprise : - développement personnel et professionnel pour les salariés - outil clé d’accompagnement des évolutions à moyen terme 1°) Une démarche simple accessible à tous. Toute personne engagée dans la vie active est en droit de faire valider les acquis de son expérience (article L.6111-1 du code du travail). Ainsi, la VAE est un droit ouvert à tous (salarié ou non), sans condition d’âge, de nationalité, de statut, de niveau de formation ou de qualification. Une seule condition est exigée : justifier d’au moins 3 années d’activités en rapport direct avec la certification visée. Peuvent être prises en compte, au titre de la validation, l’ensemble des compétences professionnelles acquises dans l’exercice d’une activité salariée, non salariée ou bénévole, en rapport direct avec le contenu du diplôme, du titre ou du certificat professionnel. Cette activité peut être exercée de façon continue ou discontinue, à temps plein ou à temps partiel.
2°) Modalités d’accès à la VAE dans l’entreprise. a) PLAN DE FORMATION / DIF Le projet du salarié vous intéresse : - Soit la demande individuelle de VAE peut être prise en charge par l’employeur dans le cadre du plan de formation. - Soit le salarié est prêt à mobiliser son DIF, la VAE peut alors être mise en oeuvre en respectant les règles d’utilisation du DIF (voir notre dossier SNPI sur le Droit Individuel à la Formation).
