Benefits of the DTEC-PRO camera system
Saving a considerable amount of time and increasing process reliability can benefit especially
manufacturing centers that require a great level of flexibility, such as in the aerospace industry.
1. Process acceleration

DTEC-PRO replaces manual calibration
routines while reducing calibration time
from minutes to seconds. Reduced setup
times mean an important head start and
more efficiency. This accelerates the entire lay-up process. Uninterrupted operation also contributes to process stability

benefits. As the camera is not integrated
in the CAD-PRO laser projector, it allows
for flexible positioning within the field of
view.
This provides manufactures the flexibility
to adapt the working environment to their
requirements. For a number of projectors, only one DTEC-PRO is needed. It is
easy to retrofit to existing CAD-PRO laser
projection systems at reasonable expense. No hardware needs to be exchanged. Only an update to the PRO-SOFT 5.1
software is required.
3. Multitasking

Thanks to the software's multi-task support, employees can process multiple
jobs simultaneously. Waiting times and
bottlenecks in production can be avoided,
even if the volume of orders fluctuates.

The modular system concept and the
system's flexibility show their key benefit
also for mobile applications. In addition
to stationary mounting over workpieces,
the DTEC-PRO camera system can be
mounted, for example, on a stand's support arm. Regardless of whether the
workpiece or the camera is moved, the
laser projection is immediately shifted
into the correct position.This makes the
IR camera system also ideal for positioning in tight spaces, like interior work in
the aviation and automotive industries.

system accelerates setup processes
thanks to quick and automatic calibration; CAD-PRO laser projectors ensure
efficiency and precision during the manufacturing process; and the PRO-SOFT
operating software optimizes workflows,
starting from the preparation phase all
the way to quality assurance, thus minimizing throughput time.
