IPCO provides customized solutions with high technology

The modular design of IPCO double belt presses enables
the combination of different types of processes
into one continuous production system.
This multi-stage approach, incorporating controlled
polymerization, curing and cooling in a single system,
enables the development of a multitude of highly efficient,
environmentally-friendly process solutions.

IPCO's scope of supply was the
ThermoPress TB double belt
press
featuring
an elongated
lower belt and including heating,
pressure and cooling zones
where the product is melted and
solidified. IPCO also supplied
the thermal oil heating and cooling
system.
The Productivity Centre, an
innovations reactor
The Productivity Centre provides
IPCO with a facility from
which to showcase the world's
most extensive range of double
belt presses and precision scattering
machines under one roof,
together with associated upstream
equipment and a dedicated
metrology laboratory.
As well as creating a unique centre
of excellence, a place where
ideas and innovation can flourish,
this investment also gives
the company the tools with
which to support customers in
developing the flooring, composite
and nonwoven products
of the future.
Located in Goppingen,
Germany, the centre displays a
full range of ThermoPress systems
available for customer
product development, R&D,
prototyping and process testing.
The press systems are used

for impregnation, lamination
and consolidation, and all are
available for product testing and
small-scale batch production.
This 1,600 m² facility also offers
a range of scattering machines
that can be used for testing with
or without press systems.
