system for its CAD-PRO laser projection system. The new functions are available with software release PROSOFT
5.3.

process reliability in composite manufacturing.

ONLINE TG ESTIMATION WITHOUT MOULD/AUTOCLAVE MODIFICATIONS
At JEC World 2022, Synthesites will demonstrate the new Online Tg sensorless system that eliminates the need for a cure
sensor in contact with the resin/prepreg/adhesive in production. With this system, it is possible to have an online estimation
of the resin's viscosity and glass transition temperature (Tg) with very minimal intervention to the production system for
liquid resins, prepregs or adhesives. The only requirement from production is a reliable and representative temperature
measurement and a small resin/prepreg/adhesive sample. The system was already tested successfully in autoclaves for
