“In an effort to increase space for the DeKalb County Courthouse and better serve
the public, we added a four-story, 38,000-square-foot expansion to the north of the
existing courthouse. Our $15-million design worked to preserve the existing façade,
while allowing courthouse staff, public defenders, and the state’s attorney’s office to
work under one roof.”

Elgin Community College’s Renner
Academic Library | Elgin, Illinois
“We designed the new Renner Academic Library and Learning Resources
at Elgin Community College with student accessibility as the focus. Located
at the heart of campus, the facility allows students to access resources,
collaborate with fellow classmates, and socialize. Working closely with
the college administrators, we delivered the library five months ahead of
schedule and $2.3 million under budget.”

administration and inspection services in support of a project to dredge material from

ecosystem and protecting major cities from the effects of hurricanes.”
