When I visit with clients, which by the way is the best part of my job as the COO,
what I enjoy most is hearing about their growth, business objectives, and plans
for the future; and the challenges they see on the horizon. It’s a good feeling to
talk about their challenges and what drives and inspires them to move forward.
This provides me the opportunity to explore the possibilities together. In the
course of my career, what comes to mind as a very close runner-up to these
moments are when I can say to a client: I am confident we can help you, so let me
get the right Dewberry people engaged with you and your staff.
I think this issue of Dimensions® showcases examples of how our employees
have explored the possibilities of reaching into our organization and coming back
to the client with the right mix of talent and experience to get the job done. It shows
