Each year in the fall we host an internal Awards for Excellence program and
ask clients to judge the presentations given by project managers across the
firm. Each year our judges comment, with a bit of surprise, on Dewberry's
breadth of services. I know how they feel-when I talk with our employees,
review information shared on our intranet, and read issues of Dimensions,
I'm frequently impressed by the diversity of solutions we're bringing to our
clients. Our industry continues to evolve at a rapid pace that is driving creative
thinking and knowledge delivery; and we're all keeping up with the changes to
best support and guide our clients.
In a few weeks, we'll host our Awards for Excellence program again, and I look
forward to hearing our clients' feedback on our projects and employees-so we
can constantly improve and celebrate their achievements.
