Mother Clara Hale Bus Depot | Harlem, New York
"We're responsible for evaluating air emissions and the effectiveness of
sustainable features at New York City Transit's Mother Clara Hale Bus
Depot. As a LEED® Gold certified bus depot, this state-of-the-art and
innovative project has features such as a green roof, solar wall, rainwater
collection, heat recovery units with noteworthy intake and exhaust filters,
and new boilers that reduce greenhouse gas by nearly 85 percent."

Shadyside Hospital | Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
"We retro-commissioned heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC)
systems at UPMC's 520-bed Shadyside Hospital through functional testing
and diagnostic monitoring. We then implemented energy-reduction
strategies, including terminal unit scheduling, air handling unit scheduling
and control optimization, and variable frequency drive installation and
controls reprogramming. In addition, we implemented an operating room
strategy that monitored occupancy and allowed the energy-intensive and
costly HVAC system to reduce airflow overnight."

Fort Bragg Conference and Catering Facility |

"To support the army post's increasing number of meetings, conferences,
social events, and recreation activities, we provided design-build,
architecture, and engineering services for the Fort Bragg Conference
and Catering Center. We designed the 50,000-square-foot building to be
efficiently constructed on a secure site while meeting antiterrorism/force
protection criteria."

Poinciana Parkway Design-Build | Kissimmee, Florida
"In order to ease one of the longest small-city commutes in the country, the
10-mile Poinciana Parkway is the first link of a limited access toll network
throughout Osceola County. As part of the project, we designed a 6,200-foot
long bridge through the Reedy Creek Swamp that allows passage of wildlife and
sunlight to reach the sensitive ecosystems underneath the superstructure."
