Coe College Athletic and Recreation
Complex | Cedar Rapids, Iowa
"To accommodate the college's 21 athletic teams and leverage existing
resources, we designed an $18-million renovation and addition that
connected two existing structures to form an athletic and recreation
complex on the campus. The addition included a new performance
court, wrestling suite, athletic weight room, and fitness areas.
Renovation of the existing building included new locker and training
rooms and restoration of a multipurpose three-court space."

Bristow Replacement Hospital |
Bristow, Oklahoma
"Our team developed a solution to meet the healthcare needs of a
rural community by designing a replacement hospital located on the
existing community park site. This new two-story, 50,000-squarefoot hospital includes a 14-bed nursing unit, surgery suite with two
operating rooms, emergency and imaging departments, physical
therapy, and clinic space."

Tulsa Habitat for Humanity
Prototype Home | Tulsa, Oklahoma
"Tulsa Habitat for Humanity's mission of 'a world where everyone
has a place to live' is now supported with this new home design.
Homeowners are required to invest 'sweat equity' that instills pride
in ownership, and selecting paint colors creates a unique home that
is theirs. A local AIA competition selected our entry for the new
prototype design. The first home was built with the support of the
George Kaiser Family Foundation."

Tulsa Port of Catoosa Main Dock
Improvements | Tulsa, Oklahoma
"Partially funded through a U.S. Department of Transportation TIGER
grant, the $12.6-million main dock renovation was undertaken to
enhance stevedoring operations and multimodal services. Upgrades
included construction of a new fabric-covered storage building,
reconstruction of the main dock concrete surface, rehabilitation
of the existing 200-ton overhead bridge crane, and construction of
additional transloading railroad tracks."
