To Begin: Some History
The Canadian air force had an onagain, off-again history in its early
years, beginning in 1914 with the First
World War. Canada, being a part of the
British Empire, immediately joined that

the end of 1947, and my dad came

no war, who needs an air force?
As the war wound down, many
of the world's aircraft production
