recovery have put significant pressure
on values resulting in the previously
mentioned decline in recent months.
Downward pressure is expected to
continue until there is some sense as
to when demand will recover.
As of mid-year, there were at
least 11 767-300ERs aircraft listed
as available for sale and/or lease

worldwide. Collateral Verifications was
also aware of 258 that are currently
stored, an increase of around 200
aircraft since the beginning of 2020
but slightly below the peak of 272
aircraft in April.
The future of the 767-300ER as a
passenger aircraft is expected to be
soft as the industry struggles with the

current crisis and uncertainty over the
timing of demand recovery. Collateral
Verifications expects both the factory
and converted freighter versions will
maintain demand for the foreseeable
future, keeping freighter values of the
type stable over most of its remaining
life and providing a floor for likely
conversion candidates.
