Each year, major organizations exhibit, speak and interact at the annual conference, taking advantage of the opportunities to connect with clients, meet potential new partners and position their personnel and products, services and solutions. As you might imagine, a mission that critical doesn't just happen. Conference sponsors spend considerable time and effort planning their presence, building their booths and preparing for success. "Quantum is committed to healthcare and if you're going to be part of the ecosystem, you have to commit to the ecosystem," said Fred Marshall, CEO and founder of Quantum Learning, which has exhibited at the LTEN Annual Conference for about 15 years. "We typically have a core group of three to five team members involved in the planning, design and logistics - project manager, designer, programmer, editor and coordinator. We also keep leadership and our account managers in the loop throughout the process to ensure we incorporate their feedback and ideas." "It takes approximately 40-50 hours over the course of five months to plan for our participation at LTEN," said Nancy McMonigal, president of Locus, which is celebrating its 14th consecutive year at the LTEN conference this year.
