A
n event like the 45th LTEN Annual
Conference has many benefits for
attendees, and not the least of those is
the chance to connect with the life sciences
training industry's top suppliers and potential
partners. Each year, major organizations
exhibit, speak and interact at the annual
conference, taking advantage of the
opportunities to connect with clients, meet
potential new partners and position their
personnel and products, services and solutions.
As you might imagine, a mission that critical
doesn't just happen. Conference sponsors
spend considerable time and effort planning
their presence, building their booths and
preparing for success.

you're going to be part of the ecosystem, you

Marshall, CEO and founder of Quantum
Learning, which has exhibited at the LTEN
Annual Conference for about 15 years. "at's
how we think of it. We believe in giving back

Quantum. We meet amazing people. We like to
form long-term partnerships. We think that's
the best way to grow a business."
Quantum isn't alone in viewing the annual

booth design/configuration," said Tracy Budge,
director of corporate services for Red Nucleus,
which has been a presence at LTEN conferences
for nearly 20 years. "We typically have a core
group of three to five team members involved
in the planning, design and logistics - project
manager, designer, programmer, editor and
coordinator. We also keep leadership and our
account managers in the loop throughout the
process to ensure we incorporate their feedback
and ideas."
"It takes approximately 40-50 hours over the
course of five months to plan for our
participation at LTEN," said Nancy McMonigal,
president of Locus, which is celebrating its 14th
consecutive year at the LTEN conference this
year. "is can include prepping our
appointments with client meetings, prepping
for any workshops we are doing, along with the
booth needs. ere are three internal colleagues
from our company that work on the LTEN
participation."
Qstream has been exhibiting at LTEN
conferences since 2012, but they've already
