Be strategic in the way you want to
be perceived by others. Everything
you do and say represents you as your
personal brand. ink about what you
would want your customers to say
about you if they were asked. All of
the perceptions of others add up to
create your personal brand. Do
everything you can to protect the
integrity of your personal brand, as
this may determine who will want to
work with you, or who would be
willing to recommend you for future
career opportunities.

5. Make a Difference
As you have been promoted from a
sales representative to a training
manager, you have earned an

opportunity to make your mark
within the company. Give it your all.
Be willing to learn as much as you can
to do the best job that you can. And as
you are putting much of your efforts
into developing others, don't forget to
focus on your own learning, as this
role is perfect for your professional
development as well. Get involved to
make a difference and enhance your
training skillsets. Become an active
