Meet the New Members of the NAMSS Board of Directors
Bonnie Enloe-Gutierrez, BHA, CPCS, CPMSM
Secretary Bonnie Enloe-Gutierrez is the director of the medical staff department at Parker Adventist Hospital in Colorado. She has been in the medical staff services profession for more than 20 years. Bonnie has served both NAMSS and the Colorado Association of Medical Staff Services (CAMSS) in various roles, including serving as president of CAMSS in 1999. Her service to NAMSS includes serving as both a member and chair of the Certification Commission of NAMSS (CCN), serving as director at large on the NAMSS Board of Directors and chairing and serving as a member of several NAMSS committees including the ethics and nominating committees.

Tiffany Johnson, CPCS, CPMSM
Director at Large Tiffany Johnson serves as associate director at Centralized Credentials Verification Service Inc. (CCVS) in Virginia. She began her career in medical staff services in 1998 at a small hospital before moving onto a large hospital system and eventually taking a managerial position at CCVS in 2006. Tiffany has been active at the local and state chapters of medical staff services and has served as a member of the Membership and Marketing Committee at the national level. She has been involved in state chapter leadership for almost 10 years.

Nancy Lian, CPCS, CPMSM
Director at Large Nancy Lian is the senior director for medical staff services/ provider enrollment for the Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), a public safety-net health system in Massachusetts. CHA is a teaching affiliate of the Harvard and Tufts Medical Schools and includes three hospital campuses, more than 20 primary care and specialty practices and the Cambridge Public Health Department. She did not start out in such a big place; her first job in medical staff services, more than 20 years ago, was in a small community hospital. She has had various roles in between. She currently serves at the national level as chair of the Industry and Government Relations Committee for NAMSS.

Deborah (Debi) Potter, CPMSM, CPCS
Director at Large Debi Potter serves as director of medical staff services at LewisGale Hospital in Montgomery, Va. She has been in the medical staff services profession for more than 20 years and has been a member of NAMSS for just as long. She has served at both the national and state level, with her most recent appointment serving as chair of the NAMSS Conference Committee. Her other national appointments include serving as a member of the membership and marketing, education and conference committees. Her state leadership experience spans from serving as president of her chapter to president of the Virginia Association Medical Staff Services (VAMSS).
