Sheryl Davis, BA,

Sheryl has focused her career on
healthcare services in both front line
and management positions. Sheryl's
projects have included restructuring
medical staff offices for purposes of
cost savings and greater efficiency,
facilitating the restructuring of medical
staff committee and leadership
structure, facilitating the development
of a centralized verification office
(CVO), reformatting clinical privileges
into core privileges, facilitating on-line
access to clinical privileges through
the software program Cactus, and
revising Medical Staff Bylaws.

Lisa Velasco, BA, MS,
CPCS, CPMSM
Lisa has her BA in Healthcare
Administration and MS in
Management with a specialization
in Healthcare Administration. She
serves as a Continuing Medical
Education Coordinator, and is
licensed as a Physical Therapist
Assistant. Lisa has participated
in several leadership programs,
including Harvard Fellowship
Leadership, Quint Studer Leadership,
and the Six Sigma program. ■
