cloud-based solutions such as Evergage for our clients. They
have built-in reporting modules that enable marketers to
manage the distribution of users that get served up specific
types of personalized content and look at statistical significance
of test results.

OPTIMIZELY
We use Optimizely for our
web personalization. It's easy
to use and doesn't require any developer support after the
initial installation. It has some great targeting options for
personalization even on the free plan. The A/B testing features
are a must-have for any company.

DEMANDBASE
As a B2B tech company, we target
a relatively narrow set of personas/companies.  Demandbase's
website personalization product recognizes which company
visitors are from and uses artificial-intelligence techniques to
suggest the most relevant content on our site.  This is a great
experience for visitors. It helps them navigate to the most useful
content more quickly.  For us, it improves conversions on our
site and gives us analytics to understand visitor behavior by
account-something we've never been able to do before.

MADISON LOGIC
We use Madison Logic ABM intent
and surge data to identify those clients
actively seeking a solution that fits our products. It offers these
clients our white papers and those who download it are sent to
us. We can add information about what they've been showing
interest in, what companies we've had the most activity from,
and what location seems most active. This helps us determine
which of the leads should be accelerated through our waterfall
process and contacted within 24 hours.
