1. Please provide database as an Excel file. CSV, comma delimited, or a text tab delimited file are also acceptable formats. 2. Please include First Name, Last Name and email address. Subscriber/Account number or any other information that needs to be included for custom linking or reporting purposes should also be included. Other fields don’t have to be deleted from the database (please separate each field). 3. Preference is that multiple databases be included in one Excel file, unless we are doing separate mailings.
