in Print for their significant contribution
to our company and customers in the
print industry. Our Women in Print are as follows:
Heather Moll, senior sales consultant (10 years),
Erica Roudebush, senior sales consultant (15
years), Sarah Munoz, sales consultant (4 years),
and Amber Chesterfield, account manager (6
years). According to Jeff Nonte, TVF Print Media
director, "This team of outstanding employees
plays an integral role in the key to our continued
success working with and consulting our print
media customers on a daily basis."

Heather Moll, Sarah Munoz, Amber Chesterfield,
and Erica Roudebush.

When asked about the rewards of working
with TVF customers, Moll states; "I am rewarded
by working closely with my customers to find
and provide them with the right product for each
project they are working on. The fact that they
trust us as a partner solidifies the long-lasting
relationships we build." Roudebush agrees,
saying "It is very rewarding to develop customer
relationships while being a part of a constantly
evolving, innovative, and fast-paced industry." In
addition to consulting with customers to realize
and achieve their final print projects with TVF
print media, Munoz indicates her appreciation of
"working with customers who feel a sense of pride
at the completion of each project." Chesterfield,
who interacts with customers daily to ensure their
orders and needs are taken care of, follows up by
stating "I enjoy making our customer's purchasing
experience easier and satisfying by providing
the best customer service possible." When asked
about their roles within the TVF team, Roudebush
states "I enjoy working alongside my fellow
employee owners who are driven toward the
same ultimate goal: helping our customers." Moll
adds "TVF understands the importance of staying
