A NECESSARY SHIFT
M
anufacturers worldwide are working
together to fight COVID-19. To aid the
effort, TVF has shifted its focus to
support the global shortage of PPE (personal
protective equipment), curtains, tents, and
safety messaging. With help from partners and
customers, TVF has compiled a resource center
which provides fabric options, PPE construction
templates, information on the CARES Act, and
industry news related to COVID-19.
While there is still uncertainty as to what
our new normal will look like as we emerge from
this crisis, we are optimistic that tradeshows and
events will get back on track. We're also expecting
to see an increase in demand for PPE, printed
signage relating to medical and safety messaging,
directional and wayfinding signage, and SEG
frame graphics.

to be able to aid in prevention efforts by providing

products for non-medical PPE, curtains, and
other essential items. With the US Department
of Homeland Security declaring all print business
as essential businesses in April, we're seeing a
gradual reopening of print facilities. We expect
business to continue to recover as the demand for
COVID-19 related signage increases. To facilitate
this growth, we're working with our partners
from frame systems, printer and ink, and finishing
equipment manufacturers to grow business with
our customers together. This kind of unification is
extremely important to the industry."
