Product Showcase: Dimensional Letters
Gemini Formed Dimensional Letters
Gemini Inc. (Cannon Falls, MN) offers numerous,
3D-letter options. Custom-formed letters and logos
are made from plastic, but are painted with a matte

or sculptured surfaces. The formed-letter material
may also be used with logos as a value-added
supplement for any letter package. Gemini states
that its custom-formed products offer good depth
and detail, and are lightweight, which allows easy
installation. Also, they’re reportedly fully customizable without expensive tooling, and include a
lifetime warranty against corrosion.
Gemini also offers injection-molded letters, fabricated-metal letters and logos, flat-cut-metal letters
and logos, CAB, simulated-cast-metal “Minnesota”
letters, laminated-aluminum logos, giclée-printed
letters and panels, which are available with 13, inkjetprinted, stock patterns; and, gilded-hardwood or
