NEW PRODUCTS Hendrick Manufacturing Hendrick Mfg. (Salem, MA) produces the HSR CNC Sign Router Series, which provides working table sizes that range from 2 to 6 ft. wide and 3 to 12 ft. long. The heavy-duty, steel-constructed machines provide rigidity and stability, and, according to the company, feature components that match the accuracy of ball-screwdriven machines, and the speed of rack-and-pinion-driven machines. The machines provide 3HP or optional 5HP, 24,000-RPM, air-cooled spindles; RPMs may be changed using the DAC digital-control feature. All HSR Series models feature this controller, which includes a 3.5-in, color, LCD HD screen with a user-friendly interface. The routers offer the company's QCore SuperControl system, a high-performance CNC controller that incorporates a 3-GHz Quad Core processor. It provides broad, multitasking control with extensive hardware integration and surface-mount technology.
