FLEXCURE INKS

Details: Plastisol inks with flexible curing range from 275 to 325
degrees F; for use with synthetic, polyester, and performance
fabrics requiring a lower curing temperature; compatible with the
company's existing plastisols, including special effects inks; the
line includes a new Cool White 7022 opaque low-bleed ink
LED-5000

Details: Exposure unit featuring up to 40 programmable settings
for various mesh counts, emulsions, coating techniques, etc; LED,
color touch-screen control center enables customized vacuum
delays, inspection lights, adjustable exposure times, and on-thefly exposure settings; reportedly exposes most liquid emulsion
and capillary film screens in under 45 sec. while eliminating
undercutting

JETSCREEN LT

Details: Computer-to-screen (CTS) exposure with 128 UV laser
diodes and a resolution of 2540 dpi; features include automatic
laser calibration, autofocus function, maintenance-free linear
motors, and data transmission via gigabit network
Sizes: Exposes screens up to 181 x 126 in.
MARA TECH GMO
MARABU | marabu-inks.com
Details: Single-component, silicone-containing baking ink for
glass, screen printing or pad printing onto metal for applications
where high chemical resistance is required; other applications
include baby bottles, drinking glasses, and medical accessories;
can be printed on first or second surface
ACCU-STRETCH

Details: Modular screen stretching system eliminates need for
keeping prestretched screens in stock; stretch screens as needed
for tension; features self-equalizing stretch clamps; fabric is
applied directly to the bolt for reduced waste; adjusts for any
screen size and stretch-and-glue frame; PVC-coated locking bars
protect mesh; warp and tension control give uniform tension
Sizes: Nine sizes from 24 x 36 in. to 60 x 60 in.
