so-called "mannequin armies" remain relevant because of their strong visual impact: "Using mannequins in a
repetitious way is mysterious - it's dark, and it's monochromatic," Francisco says.
on the store planning and design side, she says, allocated areas for mannequins and forms should be carefully
considered: she recommends limiting large-scale displays to areas with enough room for circulation paths.
