Making the brand accessible to their broad fan base was key when renovating the Rockefeller Plaza location. Simple in design, bold graphics marry with the neutral palette to create this welcoming, easy-to-shop retail and community event destination. Creative use of pre-designed components with simple customization and embellishment play into the brand statement. "You have to make your brand accessible without alienating your fan base. Nintendo has always been an inclusive brand, and the store reflects that value. Our draw is the same as most specialty shops: Consumers are loyal to certain brands...they want a space to call their own that speaks to that passion and allows them to be transported for a period of time."
