"I travel extensively and have been a
member of AAA for many years, but
I had never used your travel service.
However, with the COVID-19 virus,
I found myself scheduled to direct a
pair of conferences abroad in the
spring and fall. Given the
uncertainty of international travel, I
decided to consult the AAA Travel
office in Hendersonville, N.C., where
I had the good fortune to meet Mr.
Matt P. Spencer. I've never
encountered anyone so well
informed, attentive and persistently
helpful as Mr. Spencer. Even more
remarkable has been his continuing
follow-up in the face of the ongoing
health crisis. AAA now has in me not
only a lifelong customer, but an
enthusiastic advocate."

"Jennifer did an amazing job figuring
out our new family vacation! She was
able to get our money refunded for
the wedding and secured all five
staterooms with unobstructed ocean
views - each with a veranda and a
deluxe handicap family stateroom for
my mom. Dining time was an issue
on our canceled cruise as we have a
five-year-old and a 90-year-old. She
remembered that early dining was
preferred and got that for us on our
new cruise. It's been a pleasure
working with Jennifer and AAA
during this uncertain time."

"My wife and I were going to
Oklahoma for her sister's 50th
wedding anniversary and had booked a
round-trip flight on American Airlines
to Oklahoma City. As the date
approached, it became clear that it
might be unsafe to travel due to the
coronavirus outbreak. The flights
weren't cancelled so our flight
cancellation insurance wouldn't apply.
We made repeated attempts to contact
Expedia and American Airlines as we
booked it online ourselves, and
American, but could not get through. I
decided to pay Fran a visit and see if
she could help to change the flight to a
different date. She contacted
American Airlines and was able to
rebook the flight for another time
frame when we had plans to visit
Oklahoma City. This was a great relief
to my wife and me. Since the flight was
basic economy, normally we wouldn't
have been able to change without a
hefty fee, if at all. Fran did it at no cost
to us. We're very grateful for Fran's
help, and for all the other times AAA
has been there when we needed them."

"At this time of a world-wide crisis, we
needed a top travel agent to postpone
our highly anticipated May trip to
Scotland, and work on rescheduling.
We have that top travel agent in
Michelle Younis. Michelle has been our
trusted travel agent for several years. We
provided Michele with alternate dates
for the trip. As an advisor, she provided
us the current policies of the tour
agency and airline regarding changes,
and then proceeded to provide us the
changes and alternate flight schedules
available, along with the cost impact
(higher) including insurance impacts.
We finally agreed on the changes and
the higher cost, and as the agent, she
booked the new trip. She pursued the
changes further with the tour agency
and the airline for an exception, got our
approval on different flight schedules
and finalized the changes without any
increased cost or insurance impacts.
