reflects the values of our Members and
the communities we serve.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)
We recognize that diversity in people, backgrounds,
and experiences leads to new and
innovative ideas, an improved work environment,
and better service for our Members.
In 2021, we published our first Diversity,
Equity & Inclusion report to better inform our
Team Members and the public about our
efforts. During 2021 we:
* Increased diverse representation in
Management and Senior Leadership roles,
from 35.8% to 41.3%
* Increased our overall Hispanic/Latino(a)
representation to 21%
* Achieved our second straight Arizona
Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
'Corporation of the Year' award
